Bella Luna Toys now offers flat rate standard shipping worldwide via the U.S. Postal Service.

If your shipping destination does not appear in the list above, please contact us with a list of items you are interested in ordering for a shipping quote.
Shipping rates to the countries listed above are as follows:
- Canada: $24.95
- International: $34.95
Flat rate shipping worldwide will be fulfilled via the U.S. Postal Service. While in most cases delivery will be sooner, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for delivery of orders outside of the U.S. or Canada via flat rate shipping.
Flat rate shipping worldwide is not available in conjunction with any coupons, discount codes, or other special offers.
Because some remote destinations are not serviceable by the United States Postal Service or may require special accommodation, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order to any destination at our sole discretion.

SHIPPING METHODS
Bella Luna Toys ships via the US Postal Service, UPS Ground, or Fedex Ground depending on weight and destination.
If you have a P.O. box, please include both your P.O. box and your street address in your shipping address, so that your package will be sure to reach you regardless of shipping method.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days and will arrive within 3-10 business days after shipping. We will e-mail you with a tracking number once your order ships.
While most orders ship within 1-2 business days, we do occasionally have delays. For guaranteed delivery dates, please choose Express Shipping at checkout to receive your order within 2-3 business days.
If you need your package by a specific date, please leave a note in the "Comments" section when checking out.
Items that are drop shipped from the manufacturer generally take about 2-4 days to process and about 5-6 days in transit. Drop shipped items are indicated as such in the item description. Allow up to two weeks for delivery of drop shipped items.
SHIPPING MATERIALS
To conserve natural resources, Bella Luna Toys is committed to reusing boxes and packing material whenever possible. Please excuse any markings or stickers on boxes that may have made a previous journey!
FREE LOCAL PICK-UP
If you live in midcoast Maine and would like to make arrangements to pick up your order at our warehouse in Rockland, after entering your Maine address on the checkout page, choose “Free Local Pickup” as your delivery method. Then give us a call at 207.593.7990 or e-mail us to make pick-up arrangements.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Bella Luna Toys does not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Please check carefully that the shipping address you enter is correct. If an item is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided, customer is responsible for charges to re-ship.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase from Bella Luna Toys! If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund (less promotional discounts and shipping charges). If you would like to exchange an item, you will receive a credit equal to your purchase price towards the new item.
Returned items must be in new, unused and resalable condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
If an item is returned due to a defect or our error, please call us at 888-438-1299 or e-mail us for a prepaid return shipping label.
To ensure that you receive full credit for your returned item, returns should be sent insured with tracking number via USPS, Fedex or UPS to:

SPECIAL ORDERS
Don’t see what you’re looking for? Please contact us by e-mail or phone and see if it can be special ordered! We are more than happy to do this when we can. Please note, however, that since special ordered items are not normally carried in our inventory, they must be pre-paid and cannot be returned.
WISH LISTS
You can share a Wishlist with family members or friends, which can help them choose just the right gift.
To e-mail your Wishlist:
- Choose "Add to Wishlist" from any product page. Add as many products as you'd like.
- Click on "My Wishlist" on the top right hand side of page (under navigation bar).
- Enter comments, if desired, then click "Share Wishlist" to email list to family and friends.
- Enter email address(es) and your Wishlist will be sent to the addresses you entered.
- The recipient can then complete the checkout process and pay for your selected items.
