This heirloom quality wooden toy ironing board is beautifully constructed in Germany by Glueckskaefer.

With two adjustable heights, this ironing board will grow with children ages 3 to 8

Unique cord and pin design keeps the board stable to hold the legs in place, and to prevent it from pinching little fingers. Remove the pin and the board can stored flat.

Paired with our wooden toy iron, this play ironing board allows children to imitate real work in their housekeeping play.

I bought a Glueckskaefer wooden toy ironing board just like this one in 1999 for use in my Waldorf early childhood classroom.

While I'm no longer in that classroom, the ironing board is still there, having stood up to more than 12 years of daily use, and still going strong!

This is a toy that will hold up over the years and be enjoyed by generations of children.
