"My 4 year old loves to wear raffia garlands, so I thought she would love this. She has yet to put it on after trying it the second time. She removed it instantly after stretching it onto her head the first time, as it was very tight. I stretched it out for about a day, it fits and I'm sure it will provide hours of fun. Awesome toys here."
