This charming Wooden Doll Cradle is handcrafted from solid pine with a birch plywood platform to create a cozy resting place for a child's special doll. Sweet heart cutouts on both ends add to the charm.
In my Waldorf kindergarten classroom, the dollies lived in cradles just like this one, in the cozy play kitchen corner, which was walled off by a pair of wooden playstands.
It was the most popular spot in the classroom where children pretended to cook, had tea parties, and took care of the babies!
Available unfinished or with a water-based acrylic finish. Unfinished cradle comes ready to assemble. Finished cradle comes pre-assembled.
Choose unfinished if you would prefer to stain or paint the cradle yourself.
