This bear is part of Bajo's collection of wooden Endangered Species designed to bring awareness to all the animals in our world that are facing the perils of being close to extinction. Unfortunately, the mighty polar bear is in this category of endangered animals due to the shrinking ice in the arctic.
This Wooden Polar Bear is made out of a light wood to mimic the white coat and its front and hind legs are moveable. This simple yet evocative animal will encourage children to create animal scenes such as a wintry world, or an arctic adventure scene or even a zoo.
