This unique Lobster Rope Swing is made here in Maine, woven from real lobster trap rope. We love this swing because it not only celebrates our Maine lobster fishing tradition, but it also swings wonderfully. We have one hanging outside our store!
This comfortable and durable braided swing is strong enough to hold children of all ages (as well as adults!). The new nylon fishing rope is made to withstand the toughest outdoor elements.
Choose from three colors:
- Blue
- Purple
- Green
Hang it from a sturdy branch, swing set or porch beam. It is certain to attract attention from friends and neighbors!
TO HANG:
While you can simply tie the ropes securely onto a tree branch, we recommend using two heavy-duty eye bolts and two S-hooks, available at any hardware store. (Hardware not included.) Screw eye bolts into branch. Attach one end of S-hook into eye bolt and knot each rope onto the other end of each S-bolt. Rope ends are cut and cauterized to prevent fraying.
