Stockmar Paints are highly pigmented, premium-quality watercolors that are the most common paints used in Waldorf Schools to create beautiful wet-on-wet watercolor paintings.

Six vibrant colors mix together beautifully to create a rainbow of beautiful hues. Each tone has been developed to blend together harmoniously according to Goethe's color theory.

Set comes in a cardboard box and includes one 20ml bottle of each of the following colors:

Carmine Red
Vermillion
Golden Yellow
Lemon Yellow
Ultramarine Blue
Prussian Blue

More About This Product

As a Waldorf early kindergarten teacher, we only used the three primary colors when painting: Carmine Red, Lemon Yellow and Ultramarine Blue, from which one can paint any color of the rainbow.

In the Waldorf grade school, class teachers introduce additional colors, such as vermillion, golden yellow and Prussian blue to create a wider range of shades when mixing.

Older children and adults will enjoy the wider range of colors that this set provides.

These concentrated pigments are meant to be mixed with water, and will last a long time!
