The Rosehip Silk Tutu has a comfortable elastic band which allows children to easily put it on for dress up play. This hand sewn silk tutu features two layers of heavyweight 100% pure silk and makes a beautiful and long lasting addition to any dress up collection.
The Rosehip Silk Garland Crown is wrapped in soft 100% real silk. The comfortable stretchy elastic headband fits most head sizes (18"-28") making this an ideal headpiece for sensitive little ones.
