- Wool roving
- Needle felting needles
- Felt sheet
- Needle felting mat
- Small bag (optional to hold your set)
- Scissors
Create your Valentine's Day Heart Tic Tac Toe Set:
Step 1:
Grab a small amount of your wool roving and begin shaping using your needles and felting mat.
Step 2:
Keep working with the wool until you form your heart shape. You will need 10 hearts total (5 in one color, and 5 in a different color). Note: needle felting can take a while but keep at it! It is exciting to see your creations come to life.
Step 3:
Cut out a small square from your felt sheet. Pull a little bit of your wool roving to form lines for your tic tac toe board. Use your needle to felt these lines to your felt sheet.
Step 4:
Enjoy your new tic tac toe set! Use a small bag to store your set, or gift to a friend or loved ones for Valentine's Day.
