Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase from Bella Luna Toys! If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 60 days for a full refund (less promotional discounts and shipping charges).
Bella Luna Toys stands behind the quality of all the products we carry. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please call us at 888-438-1299 or e-mail us so that we can make things right.
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached.
We reserve the right to deny a refund for any returned item that is no longer in new condition, in its original packaging or is damaged, missing any labels, instructions, or pieces. Item may be subject to a 25% restocking fee or will be returned to customer at customer's expense.
For hassle-free returns within the United States, CLICK HERE and enter the email address that was used to place your order. A USPS return label will be generated that you can print and attach to your package to send back via U.S. Mail.
If you use our label, the actual shipping cost of your label will be displayed, and the amount will be deducted from your refund. You are also welcome to return your item on your own.
If the return was due to our mistake, we will cover the cost of the return.
To exchange an item, give us a call at 1-888-438-1299 (1-207-593-7990 from outside the U.S.) and request a Telephone Exchange. We'll place a new order for the replacement item(s) and charge your credit card. Your exchange item(s) will ship within one business day, and we'll waive the shipping fee.
We'll issue a refund for the return once we receive it back.
If you are returning an item from outside the United States, or you would prefer to return an item on your own, returns should be sent insured with tracking number via USPS, Fedex or UPS to:

Please enclose your packing slip noting the reason for your return. If you no longer have your packing slip, include a note with your name, phone number, email address that the order was placed under, and order number if you have it.
Refund will be issued to purchaser's original form of payment. If item was received as a gift, we will issue a gift card to the recipient for the value of the returned item(s). Please include the email address to which you would like the gift card e-mailed.
Refund amount will be calculated based on the price paid minus any coupons, discounts, shipping charges, and gift wrapping fees, if applicable.
If the merchandise returned causes the original order subtotal to fall below the $99 threshold for free shipping, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
You can expect to receive your refund or store credit within 7 business days of receipt of your returned merchandise. While refunds are processed within one week, it can take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
