If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 90 days for a full refund (less promotional discounts and shipping charges). New, unused merchandise returned between 90 and 365 days after purchase may be returned for store credit.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached. If an item is returned and the packaging is damaged or missing any labels, instructions, or pieces, a 25% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund or credit.

To exchange an item, give us a call at 1-888-438-1299 (1-207-593-7990 from outside the U.S.) and request a Telephone Exchange. We'll place a new order for the replacement item(s) and charge your credit card. Your exchange item(s) will ship within one business day, and we'll waive the shipping fee.

We'll issue a refund for the return once we receive it back.

Please enclose your packing slip noting the reason for your return. If you no longer have your packing slip, include a note with your name, phone number, email address that the order was placed under, and order number if you have it.

Refund will be issued to purchaser's original form of payment. If item was received as a gift, we will issue a gift card to the recipient for the value of the returned item(s). Please include the email address to which you would like the gift card e-mailed.

Refund amount will be calculated based on the price paid minus any coupons, discounts, shipping charges, and gift wrapping fees, if applicable.

If the merchandise returned causes the original order subtotal to fall below the threshold for free shipping, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

You can expect to receive your refund or store credit within 7 business days of receipt of your returned merchandise. While refunds are processed within one week, it can take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
