Star Coins Rewards Updates
At Bella Luna Toys, customers are at the heart of what we do, and we value your loyalty!
We are making changes to our popular Star Coins Rewards loyalty program to keep it sustainable and fresh. Based on your feedback we’re bringing back features you loved, changing others, and launching new perks! Here’s what’s that means for you:
Earning Star Coins
Currently, Star Coins members earn 1 coin for every dollar spent. Starting October 8, 2022, this base rate will be modified by the tier you are in, up to 1.5 coins per dollar spent for our highest tier.
Redemption Value
The value of each coin you earn will change from 10 cents to 5 cents. In other words, you will receive $10 in loyalty rewards for every 200 coins you earn.
For Current Accounts: Your balance accrued prior to 10/8/22 will be adjusted to maintain the original redemption value.
Example: Alex earned 100 coins on 8/24/22 for a $10 reward. Alex’s rewards coins will be adjusted to 200 coins to maintain the $10 rewards balance.
Redeeming Your Coins
At check-out you will see a drop-down menu that will allow you to redeem your Star Coins in $10, $20, and $30 increments. $30 is the maximum loyalty reward that can be applied to one order. Star Coins will be valued as follows:

Expiration
Star Coins will expire 6 months after your last coin earning activity.
